This year’s festival will feature many enriching activities and R&B singer Monica as its headliner on the Anheuser Busch Stage. The Houston Black Heritage Music & Arts Festival, in its second year, and is the first festival of its kind in the City of Houston. Houston Black Heritage Music & Arts Festival aims to share and celebrate the arts and culture of Houston’s African-American population. Your presence at this festival will signify an understanding of educating Houston through fun activities that will enlighten and inspire.
